Beverly Hills is one of the most affluent sections in Los Angeles County and home to world-class shopping on Rodeo drive. With palm tree-lined streets, fine dining and luxurious properties, many call Beverly Hills home. Beverly Hills neighborhoods include the Beverly Hills flats, Trousdale Estates, with single story mid-century modern homes, and homes in the foothills north of Sunset. It is a full-service city with its own police, fire, water treatment and building inspection departments. The Beverly Hills Unified School District includes some of the best schools in the country.
